You'll gain hands-on experience while participating in our comprehensive Management Training Program, designed to develop your skills in marketing, promotions, and customer engagement for some of the most recognized tech brands in the industry.

What You’ll Do

• Support and execute local field marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales events

• Assist with campaign planning and promotional strategies tailored to target audiences

• Work alongside clients to ensure successful marketing outcomes and brand alignment

• Partner with corporate and field leadership to create customized marketing plans

• Help coordinate and manage on-site events, ensuring a smooth and impactful execution

• Promote upcoming events and campaigns to drive customer engagement and attendance

• Contribute innovative, revenue-generating ideas that support a wide range of client goals

• Step into leadership responsibilities over time as you progress within the program

 

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate within a team and take initiative independently

• Enthusiasm for marketing, customer engagement, and tech-forward innovation
