What You’ll Do

• Greet every customer with a warm, approachable attitude

• Represent Smart Edge and our partner brands with professionalism and passion

• Understand customer needs and recommend personalized tech solutions

• Stay up to date with the latest products, trends, and features through ongoing learning

• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and well-stocked

• Support sales targets through excellent service and customer relationship building

 

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments

• Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping others

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a tech-driven space

• Ability to assist customers in navigating digital tools for shopping and comparisons

• Must be 18 years of age or older
